Nigerian music sensations Burna Boy, Rema and Asake are set to receive awards in the 2023 Tingo Mobile-Soundcity Music Awards. They are among the top artistes to dominate the nominee list. The award ceremony is set to hold at the Eko Convention Center in Lagos on the 11th of February and with different award categories including Song of the Year, Artiste of the Year, Best Male and Female MVPs, African Artiste of the Year, African DJ of the Year and so on. The self-acclaimed African Giant reeled in a total of 8 nominations in 7 categories out of 15. Some of he categories he was nominated in including two of the best collaboration category. Rema and Asake follows right after with a total of 7 nominations with Asake nominated twice in the Video of the Year category and all of Rema’s nominations are in unique categories. The music space still represented itself with first-time nominees like Omah Lay, Black Sherof and Camidoh. Kiss
