The organizers of the Brit awards has published a list of nominees for different award categories in view of the 2023 Brit Awards ceremony scheduled to hold on the 11th of February in the UK. Two of our very own artistes, Burna Boy and Fireboy DML were found in the list and was confirmed as the only Nigerian nominees for the Brit Awards list. Burna was nominated for Best International Artiste alongside Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Taylor Swift and Lizzie. “Peru” sung by Fireboy DML and Ed Sheeran also saw the list for International Song of the year standing with Beyoncé’s “Break my Soul,” Taylor Swift’s “Anti-Hero,” and “We don’t talk about Bruno” by the cast of the animation, Encanto.
