Following the recent controversies surrounding Marlian Music and it’s members, one artist who bore the weight of the aftermath was Zinoleesky.
Over the past few months, he chose a deliberate hiatus, perhaps seeking respite from the tumultuous circumstances.
He recently broke his silence, emerging from his hibernation with the release of a new single titled, Sakara.
The title of the track, Sakara, resonates with the essence of the artist’s potentials to delivering songs of substance and quality. In a poignant assertion echoed in his lyrics, “I dey sing confirm song no be sakara,” Zinoleesky makes it abundantly clear that his art is characterized by genuine musicality, devoid of mere noise. Zinoleesky also had much to say about his said “haters” on the track.
Sakara owes its production to the skilled hands of the talented beatmaker, Babybeats, whose production adds an extra layer of brilliance to Zinoleesky’s vocals.
Sakara comes after Zinoleesky’s previous release, A1 (Feeling Disorder), which hit the airwaves back in June. With this latest offering, Zinoleesky continues to build on his repertoire, affirming that his art is marked by “confirm” music.
